Walter Griffin

Walter E. Griffin (1946-) was born in Liberty, Texas and grew up in a small town in south Louisiana. After graduating from high school, he joined the United States Air Force in 1964 and served in Southeast Asia as a combat crew member, and was transferred to Vandenberg AFB where he spent his last year in the military service serving as a crew member of the Scout Missile Program whose mission was to launch satellites into orbit for NASA and various international organizations. He retired from Chevron Chemical Company in 1999, and began a new career in 2006 as a state certified RiderCoach, teaching others how to ride motorcycles at Texas's largest motorcycle training center, AwesomeCycles, Inc. After writing several books for fun and self gratification, at the suggestion of several friends, he published his first book "The Andrill Discovery" on Amazon Kindle and it has sold internationally. A world traveler, writing is just one of his (too) many hobbies which include photography, shooting, camping, reading, motorcycling, and traveling. Walter has aged and matured somewhat but, like so many of his associates, he refuses to grow up.
