Vanaja Shankar

Vanaja Shankar has twenty three years of rich, cross-functional experience in banking,specifically in retail branch banking, human resources development and training.

She is the founder-director of Banxzu Training & Development Solutions, which designs and delivers training programs for bankers.

A certified trainer of the International Teachers’ Program 2009, she has trained and guided thousands of faculty, bankers and college students.

Vanaja is passionate about sharing her knowledge and experience with young bankers.She has contributed content for the book, “Banking Principles and Operations” by Mr. M.N.Gopinath.

She has written the book Hello Banker to help new joinees in the banking sector and aspiring bankers explore the various dimensions of trust and service in banking.

Vanaja lives in Mumbai. An avid reader and certified yoga teacher, she also enjoys movies and cooking.
