Kimberly A Ferguson

Kimberly A. Ferguson is a professional development trainer, speaker, and coach. Passionate about helping others grow and develop professionally, she has the demonstrated ability to engage and motivate learners. Professionally, she has more than 16 years of combined experience in the areas of Training, Education, Marketing, Business Development, and Management.

Kimberly has worked for public, private, start-up, non-profit companies, as well as in Secondary and Higher Education. Her experience spans the training and presenting gamut.

In addition, Kimberly is a certified teacher. An experienced Career Development instructor, she designed and assisted in the implementation of a successful Career Development initiative for a county-wide alternative high school program. She has also designed and implemented successful professional development programs for adults for non-profit, city, state, and private agencies.

Through her company, K-Ferg Training, Kimberly provides customized training solutions and coaching for a number of clients.

Kimberly and her husband, Dewey, currently reside in New Jersey with their two beautiful daughters.
