Jonathan Proulx

Jonathan Proulx is the Sr Technical Architect at the Massachussetts Institute of Technology Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence Lab (http://www.csail.mit.edu). He spends his days making sure the world class researchers there have a world class infrastructure to support them.

From planning through proof of concept to production deployment and legacy maintenance Jonathan has seen several generations of infrastructure through the lab. A co-author of the OpenStack Operations guide, he first deployed a private OpenStack cloud on Essex and is currently operating a Havana based cloud with a strong focus on constantly adapting computing facilities to meet the ever shifting needs of one of the world's premiere computer science research labs.
