Jonathan Harrison teaches and writes on nondual wisdom, meditation and mental therapy inspired by masters of Mahamudra, Zen, Mahayana, Advaita, Tao and other nondual wisdom traditions. His first book "Ending Stress" is now available in English on Amazon in Kindle and paperback formats. He writes a weekly blog and has created a website www.endingstress.org for the elimination of mental stress and nondual meditation.
Jonathan Harrison was born in Manchester, England and gained degrees in physics and mathematics at the University of Edinburgh, Scotland. In 1997, while engaged in defense computer engineering and hi tech management, he developed an interest in western and eastern psychotherapy, in particular Buddhist and nondual meditation. He has spent several years in meditation, study and practice including a personal retreat at the Tibetan Dzogchen Monastery in southern India. He is married with three children and seven grandchildren.
