Diana Bricker

Standing on a chair with a dishtowel as an apron, I started cooking at the age of 4. My love of cooking and experimenting in the kitchen led me to restaurant ownership and a successful catering business—all while raising three sons on a ranch at the Wyoming and South Dakota border. For the past 25 years, I have served and catered several events: weddings, church gatherings, and corporate affairs. I enjoy sharing my heart and passion of cooking with the world.

Even today, my friends, past clients, and readers e-mail or call me. They all have one purpose in mind: "hey, do you have a recipe that serves X number of people?" Or, "Hey, do you have a recipe on X?"

Keep the messages coming! I love to help people with my cooking experience and I want others to learn how to best serve those around them with hospitality and food.
