Tammy has been a lifelong seeker of altered states. She spent her youth seeking nirvana through food, cigarettes and ultimately alcohol and adder all for the next 20 years. Getting sober opened up the world of spirituality to her through meditation, kundalini yoga, dream work and multiple other forms of mystical experiences. She is a former psychotherapist, a coach, retreat facilitator and yoga teacher on a mission to bring feminine energy to the world of recovery and to assist women in finding a higher state of being through their own energy body. She is assisting in creating a new paradigm of recovery for women.
