Tom Morehead

Tom Morehead is Chief Innovation Officer of Leadership Innovation Lab, a firm helping strategically optimize leaders, teams, and culture. He has more than 20 years experience in line management, consulting and global leadership roles including Zurich Financial Services and Quaker Oats/Gatorade. Tom's expertise includes working with senior leaders across a wide range of industries including Consumer CPG, Energy, Financial, Health Sciences, Manufacturing, Pharma, and Technology.

Tom also serves as an Executive Coach, Mentor and Lecturer at several Global Business Accelerators as well as Northwestern University and the Kellogg School of Management. He provides leadership Coaching for Not-For-Profit Boards and global NGOs and serves on the Governing Board of Directors for Boys Hope Girls Hope. His combined passion for strategic philanthropy and optimizing culture for long-term results includes: Khan Academy (supporting education tools for students around the globe), The One Acre Fund (supporting innovative agriculture in Africa) and the Red Cross (running the Boston Marathon to raise funds).
