Shireen Hakim

Shireen is an award- winning author from Los Angeles.

Her children's fiction refugee story "Rabbi the Rabbit" is in the OUT OF MANY, ONE: CELEBRATING DIVERSITY anthology by Houston Writers Guild. Her fiction short story "Haddiyyah and the Missing Masjid Cat" will be published soon by Mu Girls LLC.

Shireen has written for We Need Diverse Books, Book Riot and HelloGiggles. She has also written for NaNoWriMo, The Muslim Vibe and Muslim Matters.
