Dennis Mankin

Dennis Mankin, the Managing Partner and Senior Consultant at Platinum Performance Partners, is a skilled senior manager, executive consultant and coach. For over 28 years, he has specialized in using Human Performance Technology (HPT) to help his clients achieve competitive goals through better performance.

Dennis is also the co-author of the acclaimed Performance DNA™ analysis tools, used by over 6,000 HPT analysts worldwide. He has also written numerous articles on 'human performance' published in a number or periodicals and other authors books on this subject. He teaches workshops worldwide demonstrating validated processes and methodologies for achieving organizational and personal success.

He is also a founder and Managing Partner of Outcome Systems, a performance-based software company, and is the co-creator/author of Performance DNA Desktop™. Dennis education is in behavioral psychology and interpersonal communications and he received his Certified Performance Technologist (CPT) from ASTD and ISPI in 2003.

He currently lives in Asheville, NC with his wife and 2 dogs (who think they are humans).
