Michael J. O'Dwyer

Michael J. O'Dwyer is a professional writer with many decades of varied experience. He has written for films, TV and the Internet as well as for newspapers, magazines and other traditional media. Although he has ghostwritten a number of books (histories and biographies) Dead Man Bounce is the first under his own name.

Michael lives in the Canadian city of Guelph, located in Southern Ontario about an hour west of Toronto and a couple of hours north of Buffalo, New York. He and his wife, Elizabeth, have two grown children - Reilly, an EMS dispatcher/supervisor, who, with his wife Lisa and their daughter Molly, live across the street from Michael and Beth (cue the Barone references) and Katie (pictured with Dad after the 2013 Detroit International Marathon) a teacher, who lives with her husband Matt and their two boys, Chad and Owen, in Michigan.

Michael is currently working on The Boxes, a retelling and reshaping of the Genesis legend, and The Dark of Noone, the first of a series of books about a charismatic 'fixer' accused of a murder he did not commit.
