My mission is to empower people at work to cope with the high volumes of change that impact our confidence and enjoyment of our work. I specialize in helping people, whatever their role, to plan, lead and implement transformational change.
Through my writing I provide access to solutions and ideas that enable anyone to take control of what often feels like an out of control situation.
I have been working in projects and programme management, change management, training and consultancy for over 30 years. As a result I am a trusted voice, active in building professionalism in these management disciplines.
As well as authoring books, I am the Chief Examiner for the global professional certifications for Neuroscience for Change and Agile Change from the examining body APMG-International. I was Co-Lead of the Change Management Institute UK and I am the founder of the Change Capability Community and a Chartered Management Consultant.
I am the founder of ChangeabilityPro®, an online platform for developing practical skills and capabilities for achieving organisational change and transformations, which is core to my mission of ensuring everyone impacted by change at work can access the answers for how to make change happen, reducing the stress of constant, high volumes of change. I have a reputation for delivering complex information with humour and passion. I use my extensive and current practical experience to illustrate concepts and explain how to do things, along with commentary on the different situations that these solutions apply to.
