Kathy Marvel

Kathy Marvel lives in Colorado with her husband. She is a retired elementary school teacher of thirty years. Her passion post retirement is mindfulness. She is the new owner of Mindful Life, which brings mindfulness to teachers, students, parents, and the workplace. Kathy spends her free time writing, reading, being outside in nature, and focusing on wellness. She is hopeful that her passion for writing/reading is contagious and is passed on to anyone who reads her books.
