Chris Mavity

Chris Mavity was part of the leadership at North Coast Church for 19 years. He was instrumental in North Coast’s sermon-based small group ministry, which serves more than 80% of adult attendees on a weekly basis. Chris also served as the Executive Director of North Coast Training, which founded the Sticky Teams conference and provided trainings, events, coaching and organizational consulting. Currently, Chris is the head of Ministry Development at Church Community Builder where he leads the Church Leader Coaching team; a principle-based, one-on-one customized coaching program.
