Dear friend,

I want to take a moment to talk to you, personally. My name is Patrick Smith, and I'm passionate about fitness, cooking, and personal development. It is my experience and belief that all people have the ability to better their lives, if they are pointed in the right direction. I live and teach by example and try to give some of my passion to others, and to you.

My research into fitness and nutrition sparked a passion in me that I am living to this day, not only by helping people around me, but also as a writer of books on personal development and nutrition.
