I am a seasoned product manager with over 20 years of experience in the game and software localization industry. Currently, I leverage my extensive background to manage SaaS product strategies, including customer portals, project management platforms, and complex production workflows. My career includes roles at both large service providers and scaling startups, focusing on integrating systems, improving on-time delivery, and optimizing production workflows.

Previously, as a TMS Product Manager at Lionbridge, I spearheaded the development of a flagship workflow management system. My passion for technology and workflow automation led to the publication of my book, "Localisation Workflows: Understanding the Power of Automation Behind Translation Management Systems," based on my Master of Science in Multilingual Computing and Localisation from the University of Limerick, where I graduated with First Class Honors.

In recognition of my technical expertise and contributions, I was awarded “Most Active TMS Champ” in 2014. My career has been driven by a commitment to enhancing efficiency and quality in localization processes, which has been instrumental in helping global companies build deeper relationships with their customers.
