Andrew L. Brown

Andrew L. Brown is a native of Chicago and Maywood, IL. During his military service, Brown survived a near-fatal accident at the highlight of his military career. in 1998, he established "Decision to Destiny," his mantra during rehabilitation; which transformed into an inspirational speaking and leadership development firm. Brown demonstrated with success; the leadership skills and abilities people need to overcome life's unexpected adversities. Today, he has worked with over 25,000 people in various industries. To ensure audiences are exposed to actionable solutions to achieve their purpose and goals.

Much of Brown's success has been his ability to encourage audience members and coaching clients to understand the "TRI-E Attitude (Educate, Evaluate, and Elevate) He is an accomplished Author, Inspirational Speaker, and Financial Life Coach. Brown earned his MBA - Masters in Business Administration from Benedictine University. He earned a Bachelors’ in Communications at DePaul University, and retired from the US Army with a successful decorated career as a Medical Service Officer.
