Robert L Parke

Robert L. Parke is a former St. Petersburg, Florida Police Officer, where he served as a Patrol Officer, Field Training Officer, Breathalyzer Operator and Instructor, and Traffic Accident Investigator. He became an Insurance Investigator and Commercial Pilot, holding the Certifications of Flight and Ground School Instructor (Aircraft and Instruments). He earned his licensure as a Private Investigator and developed a multi-investigator state-wide agency with offices in Tampa and Tallahassee, specializing in Personal Injury and Wrongful Death investigations. Retiring the agency after 17 years, he became Chief Investigator for a prominent Tallahassee law firm, and earned the designations of Certified Legal Investigator and Certified Evidence Photographer. He has written and lectured extensively on the techniques and ethics of those disciplines, and earned three Editor-Publisher awards from the National Association of Legal Investigators, where he was elected to the offices of Regional Director, Assistant National Director and National Director. Following his four-year retirement from the law firm in 2008, he joined the staff of Seven Hills Security, a state-wide agency based in Tallahassee, where he serves as Security Officer for a Florida State University sorority.

Bob lives in Tallahassee with his wife Ely, “the love of his life.” They have a busy active family. His Tallahassee granddaughter started college this year and was part of the inspiration for his book, Staying Safe in an Unsafe World.
