Dr. Gregory Carpenter is a cybersecurity and biomedical systems strategist specializing in information warfare, deception, and the protection of complex, high-risk environments. He serves as Principal Partner at CW PENSEC, leading initiatives across cyber operations, medical device security, and global health systems.
A former U.S. Army cyber, medical service and counterintelligence professional with experience supporting national-level missions, his work focuses on how threats propagate across technical, biological, and cognitive systems.
Dr. Carpenter is a co-author of Reverse Deception and author of The Nation That Had to Be Built: Design, Loyalty, and the End of Conditional Union, a systems analysis of the evolution of the Constitution. He is a member of the Sons of the American Revolution, Special Operations Medical Association and a fellow at the Royal Society of the Arts.
