David Alex Jones is the author of the 2022 novel, "The Night Class", a coming-of-age and political commentary set in the context of Indigenous Reconciliation in Canada. He is also the author of "The Survivor Trilogy", a series of psychological thrillers packed full of romance and suspense, featuring psychologist Dan Whitney and the resilient Francesca Capellini. The trilogy is composed of "Walls","Faces", and "Spirits", along with a companion Prequel, "Angela's Eyes", that links the first two instalments of the trilogy. The entire Trilogy (plus Angela's Eyes) is now available as a one volume set.
Dave is a retired Clinical Psychologist who lives in Ontario, Canada. In his writing, he has combined his understanding of human identity and personality, his passion for helping victims of trauma, abuse, and Post-traumatic Stress Disorder, and his love of reading fiction, to create a unique brand of psychological suspense novel. His writing is rich with psychologically complex and troubled personalities, resulting in an abundance of internal and interpersonal conflict and tension between his characters. Dave also enjoys travel, photography, home brewing, and spending time with his grandchildren in his spare time.
