"Many years ago I made a mistake. The opportunity to help Christians understand Jewish perspectives on the bible and various life topics was exiting at first. Many Christians wanted and still want to learn more about the origins of their faith. Christians came from Jews. That development still is very admirable to me. But...for themselves, for their own spiritual growth, not to try to convert Jews to Christianity with the received Jewish information!"

by Rabbi David Hall, zichrono livrachah (z''l), Austin Texas, USA. He shared the same point of view. "Helping Christians revert to their origins". Jews don't believe everyone has to become Jewish but with 'reverting' I mean in terms of conceptual ideology and perspectives on life.

Rabbi David Hall was very much against proselytizing Jews to Christianity! I honestly believe he wasn't aware that now in hindsight that's exactly what the global messianic movement also in my country The Netherlands entails. The established messianic organizations and rabbis in the USA and elsewhere never accepted him. They always deride and abused him.

Now in hindsight I think this is because his perspective was vastly different than the 'official' messianic movement perspective".

"Back to my ordination, Messianic Rabbi Richard Kennedy (California) and Messianic Rabbi Jay Newcomb (New Mexico) where among the witnesses to my semikha l’rabbanut during Sukkot 2013. I became the second Messianic Rabbi of The Netherlands and the first messianic woman rabbi in the country. I thought Jewish topics from 2013 till 2020.

In 2020 after having learned more about the movements' hidden agenda I left, I resigned and returned back to the regular collective Jewish community that has always been so dear to me. What a loss of years! Or...gam zu letova? Who knows?"
