Stephanie Smith is a multifaceted American author, Army veteran, and performance artist whose life has been defined by bold reinvention. She served in Berlin, Germany during the Berlin Occupation, an experience that shaped her popular internationally set romantic thriller, The Berlin Affair. After years of performing as a professional belly dancer, Stephanie authored the top selling book Better Bodies Through Belly Dance, along with several other books celebrating movement and empowerment.

As a classically trained violinist and singer (performing as “Stefanya Starlight”), Stephanie brings artistic depth to her storytelling. Her latest novel, LoveLink - Entwined Realities, fuses romance and technology in a suspenseful tale about the emotional complexity of AI-human connection. She speaks English, Spanish, and Italian, and now lives in Mexico after a creative chapter in Milan, Italy.
