Paul Carafotes

Paul Carafotes is an award winning, actor/writer/director for decades. He has appeared in many films and television productions. Including a series regular role as Harold Dyer on the very popular Night time soap, "Knots Landing" most recently on the critically acclaimed television show, Tulsa King!

He has starred alongside Tom Cruise, Demi Moore, Brad Pitt, James Gandolfini and many other notable actors. He added writing to his resume by winning best writer for his play "Beyond The Ring" about the relationship between father and son. He made his debut as film director for the film he wrote called "Club Soda" which has won Best short film awards for writing/ producing/directing. And will be streaming very soon.

The birth of his son Charlie, was the Inspiration for "Charlie Bubbles storybook series!" A life changing experience. The latest in the series, "Charlie Bubbles, Brave Heart!" was the request of a Knots Landing fan and father for his baby daughter, Isabella born with half a heart. This real life story found Paul with a new dilemma, how can one say no especially when the motto of Charlie Bubbles is to say YES! We think this book is heart felt and continues with family values connecting deeply with children. Not to mention any family that has a child with CHD. They will find this Children's book to be helpful while they are going through this situation.

On the acting side, Paul has a major role as "Det. Reno" in the feature film, "The Wolves Of Savin Hill" which his son plays his son Charlie Reno, his film debut began. Paul guest starred on "Criminal Minds" he appears with John Turturro in the HBO mini series drama, called, "The Night Of" and now on Netflicks "MindHunter" season 2 episodes 1&3. He appears in a cameo in feature film, "Mank" as well as a wonderful performance as Ralphie in Tulsa King, a mob captain.Season 2. ep7 check that out!
