Daniel Maidman

Daniel Maidman is an artist and author.

His art is included in the permanent collections of the Library of Congress Department of Prints and Drawings and a number of American art museums. His art and writing on art have been featured in The Huffington Post, ARTnews, Forbes, W, and many others. He is the artist with the largest number of works digitally archived offworld, through the Lunar Codex international cultural archive.

His books include the award-winning historical fantasy "The Exile of Zanzibar," "Theseus," a book-length interview with painter Vincent Desiderio about the philosophy of art, and "Flicker," a groundbreaking interview with an AI about the nature of consciousness.
