Edward Marshall

Edward Marshall is the Viktor E. Frankl Professor of Psychotherapy and Spirituality at the Graduate Theological Foundation, Sarasota, FL, USA, and co-founder of the Ottawa Institue of Logotherapy, ON, Canada. He is a Registered Psychotherapist in Ontario, Canada. He completed his Medical Degree at the University of Navarra, worked as a family doctor, completed a PhD in Neurosciences in Spain. Subsequently, he completed a Post-Graduate Diploma in Clinical Psychiatry at the University of Leeds and worked as staff psychiatrist in hospitals and community mental health centers in England, UK. He completed his training in Viktor Frankl's Logotherapy and Existential Analysis, at the Viktor Frankl Institute of Logotherapy, Abilene, TX, USA, and Vienna, Austria. Since moving to Canada, he works as psychotherapist. He taught psychotherapy at St. Paul University, Ottawa, ON, Canada. His research interests include studying models of the freedom of will and clinical applications of Logotherapy and Existential Analysis. He is author of several books and peer reviewed publications.
