James J. Browne

James J. Browne (1962- ) has managed to survive for over 50 years whilst having had many diverse and challenging occupations. He has been a professional musician, a tour guide, road sweeper, recycling operative, donkey whisperer, insulation installation operative, light bulb packer, antique dealer, waiter, sea shell salesman and barman to name but a few.

It was his brief career as a taxi driver, during the 2008 Crash, that decided it was time for him to leave England behind. His work as a château guardian in the Aquitaine inspired him to write "The Three Grand Brits". This book amusingly preempts a lot of the issues raised by the Brexit monster.

Known for his sense of humour and imagination, James slant on life is not a mainstream one. This is reflected in his written work and life philosophy, a good example of this being his thought provoking Scottish book, "Brave Arse".

This author has maintained a life long interest in all things considered supernatural, see "The Original Ghost Walk Of Whitby - The Tour In A Book", and incorporates these into his written work. James started to read palms and the tarot during his early teens and was giving professional readings at the age of sixteen. He has been delivering tales of supernatural happenings for over twenty five years and is well practiced in the oral tradition of storytelling.

Presently, James is hiding from his creditors in a shed on the outskirts of Bridlington.
