Sara Jansen Perry, Ph.D. is an assistant professor of management at the University of Houston-Downtown. She conducts research on innovation and workplace stress. Her first book, "Organized Innovation: A Blueprint for Renewing America's Prosperity" proposes a bipartisan plan for addressing the innovation imperative in America and increasing the ROI received on research investments.
