V.L. Burgess is a multi-published author. The Mapmaker’s Sons is her first children’s book series. When not poring over ancient maps looking for adventure, Burgess loves to spend time outdoors. However, the author prefers not to scale cliffs, trudge through swamps, outrun packs of vicious dogs, or tame dragons. Thrills of that nature are best enjoyed in books.
