The Leaf and The Wind is JV Lewis' debut illustrated children's book. A story was born one windy day, when Lewis began telling the tale to her son on the way home from preschool. The Leaf and The Wind grew into a beautifully illustrated and charming picture book. When she isn't interacting with her children, having fun in the kitchen, or out for a run, Lewis is painting, reading, taking photographs or meeting up with friends. A full life is her inspiration for writing and art. She's always working on something new!
