Bill Miller

Bill Miller is a lifelong hunter, angler and outdoorsman. Since sixth grade, he knew what he wanted to do in life. He wanted to experience the joys of the outdoors … then tell people about it. With encouragement of his parents, Bill set his sights on becoming an outdoor writer.

He's built a 30-plus year career focused on communicating the who, what, where, when, why and how of the outdoor experience. In his work as a writer, magazine editor, book author, national television host, hunting and firearms blogger, industry consultant and more, Bill has been blessed to travel the world hunting, fishing, and shooting. His travels have taken him the length and breadth of North America, plus Africa, South America, Central America, Asia, and Europe. He has authored hundreds of articles, hosted hunting and shooting sports programs on many major cable networks, and written or contributed to dozens of books about the outdoors.

His first book on Amazon is a collaboration with veteran author K.J. Houtman. titled "Reflections Under the Big Pine" in which he reflects upon and shares the most powerful and spiritual moments of his continuing outdoor adventures. These are stories inspired by nights under the northern lights, the companionship of great dogs, and the silence of heavy snow on a remote mountain cabin.
