Born 1938. Education: PHD University of Paris. Teaching fellowship at Harvard University. Assistant Professor at Princeton University. For 25 years Director of State University of New York Student Programs in Paris, France. Since 2000 President of the Markow Totevy Foundation for Music. Military: SP5 at Training Information & Education of 7th Infantry Regiment, Korea. Author of books on Henry James and poetry. Lived in Paris, Princeton, NJ, Oswego, NY; lives since 2007 at Armed Forces Retirement House, Washington, DC.
