John Grinnell is the founder and CEO of Grinnell Leadership, a Behavioral Sciences Consulting firm located in North Carolina. With more than 36 years of practical experience in the business world, he and his team have become adept at facilitating the development of leadership and organizational potential.

John is highly sought after for his extensive real world business experience as well as his insight from research in the social sciences.
