Jason Lord Case

Jason Lord Case here. I'm the author of "The MacMaster Chronicles", a 5-book (so far) series of action adventure novels. Featuring diverse locales and a collection of characters, heroism is found in the oddest people, places and situations.

Although I was born in the States, I spent the early years of my life in Europe and North Africa. My father is also a writer and took us on a 7-year adventure; I have some interesting stories from then, but that's a subject for another time. After my family returned to the States, we lived in New York State, mostly Old Forge, Lockport and Rochester, but I now live with my wife in Michigan. Touring Europe during my formative years certainly has colored my attitude and my writing.

Books and writing have always been my passion. I originally wanted to teach college-level English, but not everything goes as planned. And so along the way I have earned a Bachelor Degree in English, a Master's in Public Administration, supervised employees in the American Auto Industry, and acquired a Commercial Driver's License to see America as a long haul trucker. I then continued my education and am now a social work case manager and I can honestly say that I assist people for a living.

And I'm still writing.
