Dr. Gary Richman is a Transpersonal Psychologist. Gary works with people who wish to become more mindful of the subconscious miss-beliefs that cause repetitive patterns of personal sabotage. He works with people through traditional psychotherapy and E.M.D.R. (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) to heal the wounds of the ego caused by these miss-beliefs, and then engages in facilitating their deeper divine nature manifested through self-actualization and empowerment. He teaches that one can walk through life open, vulnerable and empowered. One of his favorite Zen parables is, they shoot arrows but find no target.
He also works with couples in this way to rekindle the love and
mutuality of intimacy and connection often lost after years of
suppression and wounding...helping couples to feel more mutually
empowered and passionate about each other and the life they share.
