Damon J. Gray

With the passion of a storyteller and the skill of a teacher, Damon engages the hearts, minds, and emotions of audiences as he urges men and women into the practice of Long-View Living in a Short-View World. Employing a disarming, real-life transparency, Damon draws on his own experiences, bringing them alongside biblical narratives in a manner that infuses the stories of our spiritual ancestors with life.

Damon's passion is to present the biblical account with just enough historical background and textual insight that it enables the audience to grasp what is happening culturally in the scriptural narrative. He then proposes ways the audience can move forward from this encounter with practical, relevant, and challenging insights for our daily walk with Christ.

As an author, speaker, blogger, and former pastor Damon is a word-crafter, one who delights in an artfully woven sentence the way a chef delights in a deliciously prepared meal. He has served as keynote speaker for retreats, seminars, conferences, graduation ceremonies, and more, addressing audiences as intimate as a handful, to auditoriums filled with thousands.
