Dr. Mark Bojeun is a visionary technology executive, author, and leadership strategist with more than 25 years of experience leading enterprise transformation across government, higher education, and the private sector. A recognized authority in project and program management, AI integration, and organizational leadership, Dr. Bojeun has built a career helping teams and institutions align technology with purpose. In his professional roles he has spearheaded award-winning initiatives in artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, cloud migration, and organizational change management.

Dr. Bojeun holds a PhD in Organizational Behavior and an MBA in Business Administration, and is a certified PgMP, PMP, ACP, and RMP through the Project Management Institute. He is the author of multiple leadership and project management books published by Taylor & Francis, including Program Management Leadership, Leading a PMO.
