Fiona Stevenson

Fiona Stevenson is Co-Founder and President of The Idea Suite, a boutique agency founded in 2015 with a mission to unlock the creative potential of people and businesses through innovation. The Idea Suite has been recognized in the Adweek 100: Fastest Growing Agencies list, the Report on Business Canada’s Top Growing Businesses list, and the Canadian Business Startup list.

After years of energizing cross-functional teams and stakeholders at some of the world’s largest companies to deliver multi-million dollar products, brands and services, Fiona co-founded a second company, Energy for Growth, in 2021 to share proven energy-building tools and techniques with leaders who want to unleash the potential of their teams and themselves.

Fiona spent more than a decade in brand management at Procter & Gamble in Toronto, Canada and Geneva, Switzerland, and in 2017 was recognized in the P&G Alumni Network’s inaugural global ‘40 under 40’ list. In 2020, she was selected as a delegate for the Governor General’s Canadian Leadership Conference. A bestselling author, Fiona’s hobbies include writing, improvisational theatre, travel, and being active with her husband and two children.
