Ben Reed

Ben is the Adult Ministries Pastor at Mission Community Church outside of Phoenix, AZ, where he and his family live. He helps provide leadership for small groups, missions, care, assimilation, and recovery.

He's also been on staff at Saddleback Church in Orange County, CA, helping to oversee 4000+ small groups, Long Hollow Baptist Church in Nashville, TN, and Grace Community Church, a church plant.

His interaction with small groups, recruiting small group leaders, training and shepherding them is broad, and his heart beats for healthy, authentic, biblical, Jesus-focused community. He knows that without a healthy system, you can't replicate what you do with any efficiency. So he's a "systems guy", architecting systems and structures to produce authentic, healthy, vibrant small groups.
