Christine Ieronimo

In 2008, Christine Ieronimo traveled to Ethiopia to adopt a little girl, her daughter. A day after their return, she found her drinking from a puddle in the family's driveway.

That inspired her to write a children's book about water across the world. The need for clean water in Ethiopia and around the world has become her passion. It is Christine's hope that this story, her first book, will inspire other children to want to learn more about this global problem.

'When we bring global issues into the classroom early on, we are creating a generation of children that are informed, compassionate, tolerant and morally responsible.'
