Bobby Keyes

Bobby Keyes, PhD is a self-trained artist from Pensacola, Florida. KEYES developed his artistic talent in Chicago by studying and copying the Old Master paintings at the Art Institute of Chicago. Several of his works hang in private collections in the United States. Dr. Keyes also taught oil painting at New Mexico State University in Carlsbad.

After several years of work in the portrait genre, KEYES sought to develop a new and original art style. Taking hints from Picasso and Al Hirshfeld, KEYES originated LINOGLYPHIC ART. Linoglyphs are minimalist line drawings imbued with psychological overtones of startling impact. The first volume of linoglyphs was published in October, 2013 on Amazon. KEYES also writes works of fiction and poetry.

Dr. Keyes is retired and lives in Henderson, Nevada.
