Sherri Williams

Hello, my name is Sherri Williams. I have been writing for a short time, but storytelling is a passion of mine along with joke telling. People have often told me I should be a stand-up comedian. My reply; "I would have to stand up to do that!"

I grew up in Chicago, where I lived for 25 years and then moved to Phoenix, Arizona. I know what a contrast! I will explain the move in one of my books later on, but let's just say It was out of stupidity!

Living here has afforded me some time to write and I have been taking advantage of the opportunity. I only have three books online now, but 5 more in the works. My first book, "Why did you sleep with me?" Came about really as a joke.

I used to host Karaoke and so many women asked my guys say they want a relationship, but then you give them sex and that's all they really wanted. I told them "I don't know, but I will find out." So, I did and put all the reasons in the book.

The book is more of a question/answer than just the answer. You'll have to read it to get the picture. The second book "The connection", was a sample of my writing for a friend. My friend told me he would do all the advertising and promotion of books people wrote for him, but I knew more than him, so I just did it myself. The third book "Beyond Boundaries", was an exaggeration of a friend's story about how she found a psychic to explain why she and her ex-husband split. It is a journey into a past life and how their paths crossed in that life.

My future books are different Genre's and will surely appeal to a broad range of readers.

I am what you could call a jill of all trades. I have tried virtually everything possible, within the law and worked at several different and diverse business. When people ask me what I do, I say, "Ask me what I don't do, it's a shorter list."

I am not a seasoned writer, nor a professional one, but I know how to tell a story. I don't like going into to much detail, but I like to give enough so you can create the character in your head, or even become that character. I hope you will let me entertain you with my stories and don't forget to review and comment. Whether good or bad, at least you were able to read the story and take something away from the message.
