Todd Gothberg

Todd Gothberg is an author, speaker, and culture change coach who brings expertise in a number of areas, including exceptional leadership, employee engagement, effective communication, positive cultures, team dynamics, health & wellness, and customer loyalty.

Todd has thirty years of practical business experience in a variety of capacities and disciplines. He earned a BA in Business Management from Gettysburg College in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, and an MBA with a concentration in Organizational Behavior from Lebanon Valley College in Annville, Pennsylvania.

On the personal side, he is raising three beautiful daughters (born: 1987, 1991, and 2000), and recently competed for Team USA at the World Triathlon Championships in Australia. A four-time Ironman finisher, he has also completed more than forty marathons since 1989.
