Kenneth B. Cooper

Dr. Kenneth B. Cooper is a retired educator with thirty-nine years of professional experience. For twenty-two of those years he served as principal of the Paul F. Doyon Memorial School in Ipswich, Massachusetts.

He has addressed groups including the National Association of Elementary School Principals (NAESP), the American Association of School Administrators (AASA), and Dr. Willard Daggett’s Model Schools Conferences on topics including instructional innovation, integration of technology, and creating organizational cultures that support organizational change.

Ken earned a BA in sociology from Dartmouth College, an MA in elementary education from Lesley University, and a doctorate in school administration from the University of Colorado. His doctoral thesis was a statistical analysis of the interpersonal relationships of teachers, parents, and students. He lives in Ipswich, Massachusetts with his wife, Ruth, and their two cats.
