Maximilian Timm

Maximilian Timm is an author, screenwriter, consultant and instructor who shepherds the careers of screenwriters through his work as the Director of Community Outreach with the International Screenwriters' Association (ISA). With over a decade of teaching experience, Timm has supported thousands of writers in the film, television and entertainment industry.

He attended Holy Cross College at the University of Notre Dame before moving to Columbia College Chicago to study screenwriting and entertainment producing. Through his work with the ISA, he hosts events and multiple podcasts through their Curious About Screenwriting Network, and runs a screenwriting class called, The ISA's Master Class, in Los Angeles and online.

Timm has devoted his life to the craft of writing, and with his debut novel, The WishKeeper, he intends to inspire the young adult audience to embrace their imperfections and pursue their dreams. He specifically wants to send a message to teenagers that not only do they matter, but so does every wish they make.
