Howard Rohm

HOWARD ROHM is Co-Founder and CEO of the Balanced Scorecard Institute and an international thought leader in strategic planning and management systems. An engineer with degrees from Iowa State and George Washington University, Howard has 40 years of experience training and consulting with government, industry and not-for-profit organizations worldwide. His experience includes consultant to business/industry and non-profit organizations, government executive, and university lecturer. Howard co-authored national plans on performance management, energy policy, and nuclear non-proliferation during his years as a government executive.
