Sam Windsor of Charlotte Process Improvement over has thirty years of experience in the Quality Profession, including Operations Management, Sales and Materials Management. Windsor holds an associate degree in Mechanical Engineering, a bachelor's degree in engineering and a master's degree in business. Windsor is a an ASQ fellow and currently holds ASQ certifications as Six Sigma Black Belt, Reliability Engineer, Quality Engineer, Quality Auditor, Quality Inspector and Quality Manager. In addition to these qualifications he teaches quality and statistical control at the college level. Windsor has experience in industries such as defense, pharmaceutical, Industrial products and telecommunications. In 2000, Sam started a private consulting and training company providing quality and continuous improvement training. He speaks at local and national quality and manufacturing events on topics including quality, manufacturing statistics and Six Sigma.

Currently the owner of Charlotte Process Improvement, a Process Improvement Consulting Company, in Virginia Beach, VA. Charlotte Process Improvement offers a wide variety of training and consulting services related to Quality and Process improvement, including Lean, Six Sigma, environmental management systems, and Green Process Management for business. In 2013 Sam Introduced a teaching method for Six Sigma known as Easy Six Sigma.
His background includes extensive senior management and process improvement experience. Windsor served as director of quality. As a member of the company president's senior management staff, he was responsible to for developing and implementing a global quality planning and documentation system for a $400 million company. Windsor has directly led multiple Six Sigma improvement projects, the first of which resulted in a bottom-line contribution of $384,000, and driving PPM from 16000 to less than 300 in four months. His activities in Six Sigma, continuous improvement and quality have led to significant cost reduction in excess of $2 million--for an operation that purchases in excess of $40 million annually.
He also oversaw the development and implementation of an ISO 9001and ISO14001 Registered quality and environmental management system--registered and granted in less than one year, during which time the company's revenues more than doubled.
