Shawnte Borris

Shawnté Borris has been writing since 2012. It all started when her youngest started school full time and she went through empty nest syndrome. That is when her first novella, With Love, began. It took 12 weeks to write, edit and publish. It debuted January 5th of the following year and opened #33 of the top 100. Shortly after, it became a top ten sensation of that year. She will always say, writing found her, she didn't find it.

Currently, Shawnté holds many International Bestselling records and awards over the years. Yet after a signing, you'll still find her eating in pajamas, usually with her beloved best friend and assistant Lacy.
