Charles Hurst graduated from Indiana University in 1999 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy. Other occupations have included mover, dishwasher, bartender, bouncer, warehouse worker, security contractor, soldier and correctional officer. In 2012, he placed his wide observance of fellow humans and his own personal trials into words with his fictional novels, The Second Fall and The Monterians. Years later, he found another calling in the self-help genre which include this work as well as The Small Book: How I Beat Alcoholism and Why Alcoholics Anonymous Doesn’t Work. Mr. Hurst continues to practice physical therapy and the pursuit to help others enhance their lives.
