Kathryn A. Watts

Kathryn A. Watts is the Jack R. MacDonald Endowed Chair at the University of Washington School of Law. She was a law clerk to Justice John Paul Stevens of the U.S. Supreme Court in 2002-03 and to Judge A. Raymond Randolph of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit in 2001-02. She specializes in constitutional law, administrative law, executive power, and Supreme Court decision-making.
