Paul Maxwell

Paul Maxwell is a veteran Paramedic from San Diego and is the co-founder of EPIC Medics, a community-based organization dedicated to mobilizing EMS personnel in community-based childhood injury prevention programs in the communities they serve. He is also a Director and co-founder of the California Paramedic Foundation (CAPF).

A leader in disaster response, he has developed ambulance strike team training for responders to FEMA Ambulance Strike Team deployments, and has responded to many disasters, from Hurricane Katrina, earthquakes in Nepal and Haiti, and volunteered on ambulances in Tijuana, Mexico.
